Life Lately

My leg has been hurtng lately. I think I pulled a muscle. I have been runing a lot lately. I have been running 1 mile a day at home. I have also been running 5-7 minutes every day in gym class, nonstop. I ran a mile in under 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Football tryouts are coming up. I need to be in top physical shape so I don't get hurt.
